LSU Girls Softball Cupcakes

 Vanilla cake with vanilla mousse filling and buttercream frosting.  Decorations made with modeling chocolate.  Boot cut from a template detailed by hand and impression stick.  Ball formed and detailed with chocolate molds.  Mustache made from paisley chocolate form and hand detailed.

Deziree's Baby Shower

A baby shower cake for my grandaughter who wanted a little elegance with a little of her whimsy personality.  Vanilla cake marbled with german chocolate, although a lot of the marble was cut off when leveling the cake for stacking (another lesson learned).  Filling was homemade cheescake and frosted with buttercream.
