Totally Radical

Totally 80's.  French vanilla cake tinted with a swirl of orange...like a creamcicle...filled with whipped cream and fresh strawberries, frosted with buttercream.

The back looked a little bare so I used my funky letter cutters for the 80's

Princess Georgie

 Georgia's 4th birthday and she requested a princess pink and purple cake.  Strawberry cake with IMBC and fresh strawberry filling. Frosted with buttercream.  It was a hit.

 

started to look like a wedding cake until adding royal icing dots.  Never made swags before...not bad

drew template for crown and used cutters for cutouts then painted with silver highlighter.  Red jewels were piping gel and edible glitter  mixed together, applied with a toothpick and allowed to dry.
