Vrrrruuummmmm

A surprise cake for the same party as the previous post.  Chocolate cake, chocolate mousse filling and chocolate buttercream frosting.  Topper was cut from black fondant and piped with royal icing.

Dots and Bows and Stripes

A repeat customer and a similar cake from a past post.  White cake colored turquoise with IMB for filling and buttercream frosting.  Each pearl on trim was shaped individually.

Can You Smell The Lilacs

For a woman, after a long struggle, completed her Hepatitis C treatment and her family wanted to show her how much she means to them.  White cake marbled with purple and filled with cream cheese buttercream, strawberries, and whipped cream.  Frosted with cream cheese buttercream.  Lilacs sculpted with gum paste.
