Panty Party

 For a bridal shower/panty party my friend was having for a co-worker.  White cake filled with raspberry coulis and italian meringue buttercream (yummy stuff).  IMB was also used to frost the cake.  All decorations were made from gum paste with royal icing detail.

Pansy Fun

Making pansies for a future cake for my friend Carolyn who has been so concern about her pansies freezing.  She is turning 65 this year and deserves a pretty cake for this momentus year.

St. Patty's

Cupcakes for Dave's work.  White cake colored green filled with green pistachio pudding, topped with rum and butter flavored buttercream and topped with St. Patty's sprinkles.

Girly Skull Cake

Skull cake for a girl celebrating her 11th birthday.  Pink buttercream covered white cake with blue coloring added and they did not want any filling.  For me the filling is the best part but...it wasn't my cake.  This cake was so fun to do.

Skull was drawn on template plastic and after many adjustments the shape was cut out of gum paste and outlined in royal icing.  Eye, eye patch and nose cut from gum paste, mouth is royal icing.

Poker Cake

 Poker, Monster drink and a little Jager.  Ahhh...life is complete.  Fondant covered white cake filled with whipped cream, strawberries and bananas.  All decorations cut and sculpted out of gum paste.
