Family Christmas tomorrow so what better cake than a Santa. Made with a heart shape pan. Red velvet with cannoli filling and all buttercream decorations. After looking at the picture, the beard is two different colors. Had to make two batches of buttercream and one was different than the other. I guess that is why it is suggested to combine the two batches to make sure they are the same. Still turned out really cute. Eyebrows were added after pictures were taken.
Update...Did not care for the cannoli filling.
